Her mother was a hair stylist, her father was a radio talk show host, and she started contributing earnings towards her schooling at the tender age of nine. She founded her first business in her teens with her to-be life and business partner of 30 years.

Isabelle talks about being disruptive and she is, in the sense that she understands what it takes for a business to stand apart and be different. She explains to Martin that when an organization is being disruptive, they know what their customers really need and know how to create something that is irresistible to people.
